As ZTE removed SMS& Phonebook feature from this dashboard here you can enable it easily
First download & install tata docomo dialer(dashboard) from here::
http://tatadocomo.com/downloads/zip/Setup.zip
After install Download the given attachment
then extract the App.Config.ini to C:\Program Files (x86)\TATA DOCOMO 3G and replace it with original one
And now start ur dashboard

I think this dashboard works with all ZTE modems

The 3G local, STD and RoamingVideo Call cost will be 5 paisa/sec (Rs.3/minute)

BSNL To Launch 3G Services in Jammu and Kashmir By June

India’s National Telecom backbone Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd (BSNL) announced that it will launch much awaited 3G Mobile and Data services across Jammu and Kashmir Telecom Circle by June 2011.
Earlier in Jammu and Kashmir circle, BSNL has launched its 3G services in Jammu City on Trail basis andafter some security reasons the services was put on hold.

According to our sources, Reliance Infotel plans to launch BWA Data service in approx 700 cities in the first phase of its BWA launch with data speeds from 50 Mbps to 100 Mbps.
