How to get start menu in windows 8

The latest testing release Windows 8 Consumer Preview is the preview of the Windows 8 which will launch in October 2012. The Windows 8 do not have start menu as we see in all other older versions of Windows. So most of the users find it difficult to run the desired program. But there is a trick by which you get the Windows 7 like start button to your Windows 8 operating system.
There is a nice tool AskVG which adds a start menu at the taskbar. This tool is initially developed to give Windows XP a Windows Vista/7 style Start Menu.

After the installation of the program, you will get a start button. But there is a problem because it overlaps with the taskbar icons. see in the snap. You can see the overlapping icon of start and internet explorer.

This tool creates a new toolbar on the task bar.

But this software tries to install some third party tools while installation. So pay attention and skip installation of those third party tools by unchecking options.
