After downloading, just open ur Mozzila Browser and go to

Now just set Proxy 10.124.94.7and port 8080 bygoing to Tools>Option>Advance>Network>Settings>Manual Proxy configuration...
Tick "Use this proxy for all protocols"

Click on options...

Like if we have to open GOOGLE SEARCH ENGINE then we have to type 'www.google.com' not 'http://www.google.com' and then press Enter key...

Bsnl 3g 2011 free 14.2mbps 100% by Gprshub
After the entry of Reliance and Tata Docomo into 3G services India’s First 3G service provider Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd (BSNL) is all set to upgrade there 3G network with minimum speedsof 14.2 Mbps and maximum up to 21 Mbps services by January 2011.
Presently BSNL is providing 3.6 Mbps speed in 675 cities (somewhere 7.2 Mbps).
BSNL has already started there 3G service up-gradation in West Zone (Maharashtra-Goa-Gujarat and MP-CG) and Rajasthan circle. The entire 3G network up-gradation work will be completed in all telecom circles by 31st March 2011
