This trick work in West Bengal.
you need a edge enable mobile, bluetooth dongle, a vodafone sim.
please follow the steps
1) recharge vodafone account with Rs.98/- to activate one month unlimited vodafone live.
2) send sms ACT VL to 144
3) After reciving confirmation message again send sms ZERO to 144
4) a message comes thank youfor subscribing vodafone live
5) after one hour or early a message will come you can use vodafone live gprs for one month unlimited.
6)meanwhile vodafone live setting will come, save it.
7) on pc now go to contro pannel>phone & modem option>modem>select bluetooth dun modem>click properties tab>advance tab>write at+cgdcont=1,"ip","portalnmms"
8) click ok> ok
9) now in opera tooles>preferences>advance>network>proxy server>write 10.10.1.100in http, https box& 9401 in port box>ok
you r ready you can put the proxy in internet download manager.
speed 25-35 kbps. you can download any things.
